Our leading Facilities Management client is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join the team in Merseyside L30 4YD
.

Overview

Full Time
Monday to Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM
PAY RATE: £13.75/hr PAYE
ASAP - June 22nd 2026
Mon to Fri

Duties include:

Need Maintenance Assistant with full UK drivers licence.
Work involves completing PPMs like door checks, water tap temp monitoring, lift comms.
Reactive works like unblocking sinks, toilets, hanging notice boards, they must be willing to join our on call rota to cover the sites.
