This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a varied role that combines transport coordination, customer service, and sales administration. TheRole
As a Sales Support & Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating transport activities, supporting the sales function, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate transport bookings, deliveries, and collections.
- Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules, collection arrangements, and site requirements.
- Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, and general administration.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide general administrative support across the business as required.

Skills & Experience- Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, logistics, hire, transport, or a similar sector.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work well under pressure.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive, flexible, and team-focused approach.
- Salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience.
