Our client, a leading automotive repair group based in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, is seeking an experienced and skilled Paint Sprayer to join their busy workshop. Competitive basic salary from £45,885 to £50,057 per annum
Uncapped monthly bonus scheme with an average guaranteed bonus during holiday periods
Full-time, 40-hour week shift pattern with full training provided
Initial six months on day shift (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm), transitioning to evening shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm)

Duties as a :

Prepare and apply paint to vehicles adhering to manufacturer specifications and quality standards
Ensure a flawless finish by mixing and colour matching paints accurately
Inspect vehicles prior to painting to assess repair requirements
Maintain a clean and organised work environment to meet health and safety standards
Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to communicate progress
Adhere to all safety and quality regulations throughout the process

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within the automotive industry
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Painting and Refinishing
A keen eye for detail and high standards of workmanship
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence preferred
