As a Children Social Worker in the Social / NGO / Health & Care industry you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advocating for the well-being of children and their families. This position is crucial in ensuring that children receive the necessary care protection and support to thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. You will work closely with various stakeholders including families schools and community organizations to develop and implement strategies that address the unique needs of each child.

• Conduct assessments to identify the needs and risks of children and their families.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of children.
• Provide counseling and support to children and families facing challenging circumstances.
• Collaborate with schools healthcare providers and community organizations to coordinate services.
• Advocate for the rights and welfare of children in various settings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of children and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings.

• Proven experience working with children in a social work capacity.
• Strong understanding of child development and family dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.
• Empathy patient and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of children.
• Bachelors degree in Social Work Psychology or a related field.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in social work are highly desirable.
