Responsibilities Conduct detailed surveys and assessments on commercial building projects. Prepare and review specifications, reports, and condition surveys for clients. Assist in project planning, tendering, and procurement processes. Project management and client interactions Collaborate with project teams to ensure building compliance and standards are met.

Provide technical advice and solution options to clients and internal teams. Manage project documentation and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines. Monitor and report on project progress, liaising with contractors and stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience as a Building Surveyor in a commercial environment. Strong knowledge of building legislation, regulation sand standards. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficient in relevant surveying and project management software.
