Quantity Surveyor; Roofing

Position: Quantity Surveyor (Roofing)
We are delighted to be partnering with a long-established contracting customer who, through a period of continued expansion, seeks their next Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Our client delivers a comprehensive range of roofing solutions across both public and private sectors, delivering high quality residential and commercial projects across both full new build solutions and general refurbishment and repair.

They have a very strong reputation the delivery of a quality service and as such they have both a solid pipeline of projects and an enviable group of repeat business customers.

Your role will report in directly to the Commercial Manager and you will be undertaking cost planning and budgeting, preparing and reviewing estimates and cost reports, supporting the preparation of valuations and applications for payment, measuring works, assisting with subcontractor procurement and monitoring project costs against budgets.
