Job Title:
Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment

Salary:
Up to £47,000 per annum Company Van & Fuel Card
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 3:30pmAre you an experienced Site Manager with a strong trades background and a proven track record in social housing refurbishments? We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our delivery teams, starting with an upcoming Kitchen & Bathroom (K&B) scheme in Merseyside.
Over time, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of works, including external renewals and high-profile, government-funded retrofit energy-efficiency schemes. If you excel at driving high-quality standards, managing trades, and keeping residents happy, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer
Salary up to £47,000 depending on experience
Company Van and Fuel Card
34 Days Annual Leave (including Bank Holidays)
Discretionary Bonus (typically around £5,000 per annum)

Early Friday finish (3:30pm)
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Merseyside K&B scheme, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Programme Management:
Manage site schedules for kitchen/bathroom replacements, external renewals, and future government-funded retrofit upgrades.
Subcontractor & Trade Management:
Lead, motivate, and manage direct trades and subcontractors on-site, ensuring clear direction and high productivity.
Health & Safety:
Maintain strict health, safety, and environmental standards on-site, conducting inductions, tool-box talks, and risk assessments.
Tenant Liaison:
Work closely with resident liaison teams to ensure works are carried out with minimal disruption to residents.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
Deep background in social housing refurbishment schemes, specifically managing internal (Kitchens & Bathrooms) and external renewals.
Retrofit Knowledge:
Experience or involvement with recent government-funded retrofit / energy-efficiency replacement schemes is highly desirable.
Certifications:
Must hold a CSCS Black Card (NVQ Level 6 or equivalent), SMSTS, and a valid First Aid certificate.
Background: A strong foundation as a qualified tradesperson prior to moving into site management.
Driving Licence:
Full UK driving licence to utilize the company vehicle
