We are currently recruiting an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and friendly team. This role involves handling incoming calls from customers, responding to enquiries, resolving issues, and providing a high standard of service at all times.
Key responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries
* Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
* Accurately update customer records and systems
* Work to service levels and quality standards
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous customer service or call centre experience
* Strong communication and listening skills
* A calm, professional approach and good attention to detail
* Basic IT skills and confidence using computer systems
