What You'll Be Doing

Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care

Processing orders accurately using internal systems

Managing order updates, amendments, delivery queries and lead times

Providing after‑sales support and resolving issues

Working closely with production, logistics and sales to ensure seamless order fulfilment

Keeping customer and order records accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills across phone and email

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable using order management systems (training provided)

A proactive, customer‑focused approach with a problem‑solving mindset
