Join Kids Planet Southport as an Early Years Apprentice. You will be enrolled on to a training programme through the Kids Planet Training Academy to gain a qualification in Early Years.

• By learning how to support, care for, and inspire children during their earliest years, from birth to age five
• Through learning how to ensure the safeguarding of children in your care

• Through liaising with parents on matters relating to the most important person in their world

• To meet minimum apprenticeship eligibility criteria, including having lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years
• To pass maths and English entry assessments

As a guide, Level 2 apprenticeships take approximately 15 months to complete, and Level 3 apprenticeships take approximately 18 months to complete.

Kids Planet is dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of children and young people. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role. We expect all staff and volunteers to uphold this commitment, and safeguarding training is a fundamental part of every role. A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate is mandatory for all positions, and this role will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our safeguarding duties.
