Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time only

Pay Rate: £13.75 - £15.55 per hour (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? We are looking for a dedicated SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Maghull area
. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a pupil who requires additional support, helping them thrive both academically and socially.

• Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum.
• Assist with classroom activities, behaviour management, and personal development.
• Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents.

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties).
• Patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships.
• Flexible and proactive approach to learning support.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.

The school is easily accessible via major bus routes and is close to the M58 and A59, making commuting straightforward from Liverpool city centre and surrounding areas.
