Lecturer in Health & Care – Clinical Skills Specialist
Full‑time salary: £32,346.00 to £40,557.00 per annum (part‑time equivalent £12,938.40 to £16,222.80).
We are seeking a well‑qualified, enthusiastic, and forward‑thinking Lecturer to deliver clinical skills aligned to the Adult Nursing pathway within our T Level Health and NCFE Health & Social Care provision. The role supports learners to develop knowledge, practical competencies, and professional attitudes required for progression into nursing and related health‑care professions.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical skills teaching across the Adult Nursing pathway.
- Develop and assess learning materials and practical assessments.
- Mentor and support students to achieve academic success and professional development.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of the health & social care programmes.
Qualifications and experience:
- Relevant degree or equivalent and recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience delivering Health & Social Care at Level 2 and Level 3.
- Strong occupational experience in adult nursing or clinical settings is also welcomed.
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching and learning.
