Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant looking for flexible work in Southport? Affinity Workforce is proud to be working in partnership with the Pope Francis Catholic Multi Academy Trust to recruit committed Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary and secondary schools.

About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons
- Work with small groups or individual pupils to aid learning
- Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Support pupils with additional needs where required
- Assist with classroom preparation and general school duties

We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:
- Have experience working with children or young people (school-based preferred)
- Are patient, supportive, and enthusiastic
- Have good communication and teamwork skills
- Are flexible, reliable, and proactive
- Are committed to supporting inclusive education
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential.
