Location: Sefton
Sefton Council is seeking a dedicated housing growth and regeneration professional to lead housing development initiatives across the borough. You will oversee housing growth projects and regeneration activity with Registered Social Landlords to meet residents' needs.
You will coordinate with partners such as the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and Homes England to progress schemes, secure funding, and shape delivery through collaborative working.
