This full‑time, on‑site Deputy Nurse Manager role is based in Southport. The Deputy Nurse Manager will take an active role in the day‑to‑day operations of the care home, working alongside the management team to ensure high standards of clinical and residential care. Responsibilities include assisting with staff supervision, developing care plans, monitoring care delivery, and supporting staff development through training and mentorship.

The role also involves liaising with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure personalized, empathetic care is delivered effectively.

• Registered Nurse qualification and valid NMC registration
• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles within a care or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
• Knowledge of compliance standards, care planning, and delivering clinical excellence
• Problem‑solving, prioritization, and organizational skills to manage day‑to‑day responsibilities effectively
• A compassionate and patient‑focused approach, embodying empathy and respect in all interactions
• Familiarity with care provision for Dementia and mental health issues is highly advantageous
