• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents during daytime hours
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
• Encourage independence and dignity in all aspects of care

• Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
• A kind, empathetic, and patient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work bank shifts as needed
