Salary: £12.21 per hour

Hours:

33 hours per week (3 shifts) or 44 hours per week (4 shifts) including alternate weekend working

Shifts:

8pm‑8am

• Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents during night hours
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and bedtime routines
• Support residents throughout the night, ensuring comfort and safety
• Respond promptly to any needs or emergencies
• Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans

• Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
• A kind, empathetic, and patient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work alternate weekends and night shifts
• A genuine passion for supporting older people
