Job summary

As an Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create a stimulating environment that enables the care home to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for its residents. Previous experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential, as full training will be provided to help you develop your skills and progress your career.

Any similar experience would be ideal, but it isn't essential especially because we'll make sure you have the training you need to develop your skills and progress your career with us.

• No specific qualifications are required, but experience in a similar role or in the care/activity coordination sector would be an advantage. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with older adults.
