Excel Housing Solutions is looking for a Daytime Housing Officer to join the team. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining accommodation standards, ensuring the safety and upkeep of properties, and managing tenants’ well‑being. This role involves property management, compliance with health and safety regulations, and occupancy‑related tasks.
36 hours per week, split over 3 12‑hour shifts.
We seek individuals who are organised, flexible, and capable of addressing challenges. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse situations. Proactivity and a solution‑focused approach are important.
Your working hours will vary based on the rota, and you will be required to work across Monday to Sunday, between 9 am and 9 pm. Shifts may include bank holidays. Additional hours may be available across the service.
