HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will deliver person-centred care, support residents and families, and uphold the highest standard of care and dignity.
You will work closely with Registered Nurses and the Care Manager to provide stimulating activities, accurate records, and ongoing training. A Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care is preferred, with progression toward Level 3.
