Autism Initiatives is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for night shifts in Southport. You will help autistic adults live more independently, support daily wellbeing, and assist with home duties during the 22:00–08:00 shift, with full training provided.
No prior experience is required; a genuine passion to make a difference and a positive attitude are essential. DBS is funded by the company, with progression opportunities and a supportive team environment.
