Routes Healthcare is seeking a warm, patient Support Worker to provide 1-2-1 care for a young person with acquired brain injury and developmental delay in the Ainsdale/Southport area. You will help build routines, develop independence, and support community activities, both after school and during school holidays.
The role requires females only, availability during the day, and a stable shift pattern. Training and ongoing clinical support are provided by Routes Academy, with 24/7 on-call support
