Rate of Pay: £13.51 per hour
Flexible full-time and part-time hours available

Care is delivered 7 days a week between 07:00 and 23:00
We ask for a minimum of 16 hours per week
Every Other Weekend Availability Is RequiredThis role is paid for care delivery time, with mileage reimbursed between calls at 30p per mile
What You Will Do- Support people with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with medication administration and accurate documentation
- Prepare meals and support with eating and drinking when needed
- Encourage independence and support people with daily living tasks
- Build positive relationships with service users and their families
- Support emotional wellbeing and identify changes in behaviour or needs
- Keep accurate records and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Respect confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries at all times
- A caring, compassionate, and positive approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to putting people first
- Alternative weekend availability
- A UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for certain routes and locations
Previous Care Experience Is Helpful, But Not Essential.
