Domiciliary Care Workers - Driver/Non drivers

Salary: up to £13.20 per hour

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, and home care environments. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to improve the wellbeing of others and possess relevant experience in senior care, dementia care, or hospice care. Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Support with medication administration in accordance with prescribed guidelines
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
- Provide specialised care for individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Monitor health status and report any concerns to healthcare professionals promptly
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' quality of life
Driver Role - applicants must have a valid driving licence and access to their own car.
Qualifications- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments is desirable
- Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, hospice, or senior care is advantageous
- Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility needs, training provided
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanour
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including weekends if necessary
