We're looking for a People & Culture Apprentice to join our friendly and supportive People & Culture team at Hugh Baird College. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience while studying towards a nationally recognised Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship and CIPD qualification.
As an apprentice, you'll learn about all aspects of People & Culture while playing an important role in supporting colleagues across the College.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll gain valuable skills, knowledge and confidence while building the foundations for a successful career in People & Culture
Professional Qualification
As part of the role, you'll complete the Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship, leading to the CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice. This nationally recognised qualification will help you develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed for a successful career in the people profession.
Your apprenticeship training and study time will take place within your contracted working hours, and you'll receive support throughout your learning journey.
What We're Looking ForYou don't need previous experience in People & Culture or HR. We're looking for someone who has:
