About Us

The Investigo Group (TIG) is a dynamic coalition of cutting‑edge tech firms specialising in Platform, Software, Data, AI and other bleeding‑edge technology solutions. The group operates internationally while proudly hailing from the United Kingdom. Our multi‑functional portfolio includes Voixtel, IIS, Vestigo Consulting, and Collaboraite, providing secure communications, secure internet access, training, consultancy and data & AI capabilities. We are a global leader in secure, user‑centric products and services, partnering with esteemed entities to deliver advanced, forward‑thinking solutions.

About You

You are a proven technology owner, leader, and team builder with credibility, judgement, and presence to operate at Executive and Board level. You have significant senior leadership experience in technology roles, with progressive responsibility at CTO, Group, Executive, or equivalent level. You have ideally evolved with an SME or scale‑up business through meaningful growth, helping an organisation move from a similar size or stage of maturity to TIG into a more scalable, structured, and resilient technology operation.

You’ve led multiple technology functions across software engineering, platform and infrastructure, security, architecture, and programme delivery. You bring a strong technical foundation from software engineering, cloud, infrastructure, architecture, security, or a combination thereof.

You've operated in high‑uptime, customer‑critical environments where reliability, resilience, security, and customer impact are central. You can articulate what was broken, the decisions you made, how you balanced risk and pace, and the measurable outcomes delivered.

You are commercially aware, experienced in managing technology budgets, cost optimisation, vendors, and strategic partners, and comfortable working with Finance and CFO‑level stakeholders.

As a leader, you build trust quickly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, lead technology teams directly, and create effective cross‑collaboration across technology functions.

The CTO will stabilise, de‑risk, and mature a complex, customer‑critical environment while shaping a modern, scalable operating model that supports future growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with the Board, Executive Team, and CFO to translate business strategy into clear technology roadmaps, make sound investment decisions, manage budgets and commercial trade‑offs, and ensure technology initiatives deliver measurable business value.

We expect you to bring clarity to priorities, strengthen governance and risk management, improve cross‑functional delivery, and build strong senior leadership capability across technology.

The successful candidate will have experience leading through transformation, with a track record of delivering high‑impact, cross‑business technology programmes.
