Private Client Solicitor

Role Overview

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a team in Southport offices on a hybrid basis. The full‑time role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with 2‑3+ years PQE.

• Manage a caseload of quality private client matters from inception to completion.
• Draft complex wills, estate and inheritance tax planning documents.
• Prepare Lasting Powers of Attorney for health, welfare and financial affairs.
• Administer probate and estate administration matters.
• Provide commercial and practical advice, building rapport with clients as a trusted advisor.

• Will drafting including complex wills, estate and inheritance tax planning.
• Estate administration and probate experience.
• Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• IT competency and excellent time‑keeping.
• Desire to learn, enthusiastic, ambitious and hardworking.
