Responsibilities Of An Analytics Lead
  • Directly manage the support team made up of Power

    BI, Reporting and Insights analysts
  • To be hands‑on with creating, modifying and checking SQL, SSIS, Power

    BI, SSRS, Arc Gis and other reporting systems
  • To be the owner of the underlying SQL reporting infrastructure & ensure that business continuity is maintained by using team & own experience to overcome problems & issues that may arise
  • To manage the flow of requests into the report desk system & ensure timely & accurate delivery to end users
  • Ensure data requests are effectively prioritised and are actioned within the agreed SLA.
  • Continuous improvement, development and streamlining of reporting processes.
  • Providing system administration support to end users.
  • To create & amend subsystems on K2
  • Provide support and training to less experienced colleagues.
