Location: Sefton
Blue Arrow is seeking a Registered Home Manager for a residential home in the Southport area. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring the care provided aligns with individual needs and statutory regulations.
The position requires significant experience in child care and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service. The successful candidate will lead a caring team to create a nurturing environment for children and young people.
Hours are 37.5 per week, with the flexibility to oversee evening routines occasionally. Holidays amount to 200 hours plus statutory bank holidays.
