About the Role

We are seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our growing team. This role is perfect for reliable, safety‑focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving stock and materials around the warehouse
Supporting production and goods‑in/goods‑out departments
Completing basic paperwork and adhering to site procedures
Maintaining a clean, organised working area
Requirements

Valid Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR preferred)
Previous experience operating a Counterbalance truck
Good understanding of health & safety within a warehouse setting
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts
Desirable

Experience in a high‑volume warehouse environment
Flexibility for overtime or additional shifts
