About the RoleWe are looking for 2 Production Operatives to join our modern manufacturing production facility as part of the Operations team on a busy assembly line soldering and assembling small components to meet customer requirements.
You will be required to follow instructions and production documentation including bills of material, basic assembly drawings and process instructions to produce products for the Rail and Transportation sector. Working as part of a small team you will help to ensure that manufacturing targets (cost, quality and delivery) are met whilst always working in a safe manner.
Experience is highly desirable but training will be given.
About You- Previous experience working within a similar role within a Manufacturing/Production environment is preferable
- Excellent attention to detail (as the work requires precision with hand / eye co-ordination) and a high degree of manual dexterity is a pre-requisite
- You should be able to work well within a team and have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
