NHS district nursing team in Liverpool area is seeking a Band 5 nurse to support an 8am–8pm, seven-days-a-week service delivering home-based care across a neighbourhood footprint. You will provide compassionate clinical care to patients at home, while working closely with senior practitioners and the wider team.
You will be supported to develop competencies, carry out evidence-based practice and contribute to quality governance. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.
