Temporary Maintenance, Cleaning & Landscaping Technician (Part-Time)

Location: Southport

Contract Duration: 1st April 2026 - 30th September 2026

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Shift Pattern: Rotating 2‑week schedule, 20 hours per week

• Cleaning and maintaining car park areas, including litter picking and emptying bins
• Carrying out general site maintenance, minor repairs, and landscaping (gardening, weeding, basic DIY)
• Setting up signs and cones for parking suspensions and temporary restrictions
• Conducting routine maintenance on pay‑and‑display machines, reporting faults, and keeping them clean
• Using and maintaining company equipment for daily tasks
• Gritting entrances to car parks in cold weather
• Assisting with any other reasonable tasks as requested

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced outdoor environment, in all‑weather condition
• A proactive, hands‑on approach to maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Full UK driving licence

• Experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a similar role
• Basic DIY and gardening knowledge
• Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH & Manual Handling
