Lettings Director – Liverpool – up to £45,000 basic + commissions

A highly reputable and established independent agent are expanding and as such, they’re looking for an experienced Lettings Director to grow, develop and make a real impact within the company.

Great opportunity to play a key part in a successful independent firm and oversee their lettings operation.

The lettings business has grown at an extraordinary rate and they are determined to accelerate even further with this appointment.

• Annual basic salary of up to £45,000 DOE
• Car allowance or company car available
• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
• Early finish on a Friday!

• Oversee lettings operation for multiple offices across Liverpool
• Managing a senior management team to make sure all offices are operating effectively
• Increase portfolio through business development strategies
• Generate weekly / monthly lettings and property management reports
• Attend director meetings to discuss new business ideas
• Exciting role for someone who has great lettings ideas and personality

• Strong experience in lettings and property management
• Good knowledge and understanding of the lettings industry and current legislation changes
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• ARLA qualified preferred but not essential
