We are undergoing growth and are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to support our Register's Manager
.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all our valued customers.
• Provide training and support to our Registers Customer service team.
• Handle EFTPOS and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area.
• Engage in physical tasks, including lifting, packaging, and storing various products.

• Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Clear and effective communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
• Capability to handle customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and keep the team on track.
