Sefton Council are recruiting a CE Social Worker to support children and young people at risk of exploitation. You will build trusted relationships, deliver one-to-one support, and undertake targeted interventions to help safeguard vulnerable young people.
In a fast-paced, dynamic environment you will work with families and partner agencies, manage a varied caseload, and keep accurate records using digital tools such as Microsoft Office and Teams.
