What you will do:

  • Provide a high quality frontline service to high-risk victims of domestic abuse, advocating on their behalf to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-agency framework, including MARAC and local partners, to effectively respond to domestic abuse incidents.
  • Develop and maintain supportive relationships with victims, providing them with practical and emotional support.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and create tailored safety plans for individuals and their families.
  • Liaise with police, social services, and other agencies to coordinate support for victims and engage in effective safety planning.
