We are looking for a Business support Admin on a temp to perm basis to support the team.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update internal and external databases with accurate, timely information.
- Raise quotes and purchase orders, liaising with contractor teams, internal colleagues, and external customers.
- Produce contract‑specific reports, analyse data, and support Account Managers in meeting contractual KPIs.
- Obtain necessary permits and Tree Preservation Order (TPO) approvals to enable timely tree‑work operations.
- Record all operational data in the appropriate IT systems to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Maintain full audit trails and provide evidence where required.
- Experience in an office‑based role
- Strong data analysis and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time‑management abilities.
- Confident written and verbal communication.
- Proficient IT skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
