Location: Lindford
Teaching Assistant – Primary School – GU35
Full-time long-term role. Pay: £14.25 – £16.65 per hour, paid weekly.
Responsibilities- Support the teacher with daily classroom activities across Yr5 and KS2.
- Provide 1:1 and small group interventions for SEN pupils.
- Encourage engagement, confidence, and independence in learning.
- Adapt to varying needs and abilities in a busy, dynamic environment.
- Work as part of a supportive team committed to pupil progress.
- Experience supporting children in primary education (Yr5 and KS2 desirable).
- Confidence supporting SEN pupils with a range of needs.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
- Ready to make a real impact in a diverse primary setting.
- Hours:
8:15am – 3:45pm, Monday to Friday (30‑minute lunch). - Full‑time, long‑term role with potential for progression.
