- Assist with lettings, customer inductions, viewings and void management.
- Support the management of tenancy-related matters, including anti-social behaviour, tenancy sustainment and customer advice.
- Carry out weekly and monthly health and safety inspections, fire safety checks and compliance monitoring across schemes.
- Manage and test social alarm systems, responding appropriately to emergency alarm activations.
- Assess residents' wellbeing and identify changing support needs through ongoing risk assessments and welfare monitoring.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, partner agencies and external organisations.
- Encourage resident involvement through community events and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records using internal IT systems and ensure all documentation is completed to a high standard.
- Provide cover across other independent living schemes as required.
You'll also have:
- Experience delivering customer-focused services.
- An understanding of housing management or transferable experience within housing, care or community services.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for business use.
- Willingness to travel across multiple schemes when required.
- Ability to work independently in a lone-working environment.
- Flexibility to provide occasional out-of-hours emergency support if required.
- Enhanced DBS check.
