Sales Operations Administrator

Location:

Hertfordshire (office-based)
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience

An established and growing property finance business is looking to appoint an Sales Operations Administrator to support its expanding sales function.

This role would suit someone with previous exposure in the property sector who enjoys being at the heart of a deal-driven environment and supporting multiple stakeholders through a fast-paced process.

The role

Working closely with the internal sales team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring cases progress smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion. You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling multiple live cases at once.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Preparing and issuing terms and documentation

* Opening, maintaining and organising case files

* Monitoring sent terms and following up within agreed time frames

* Maintaining internal systems and CRM records

* Acting as a liaison between sales and third parties

* Sourcing professional quotes where required

* Instructing external professionals such as surveyors and solicitors

* Coordinating appointments and diary bookings for field-based colleagues

* Supporting customer feedback and review processes

This list is not exhaustive and will evolve as the business continues to grow.

About you

* At least 12 months’ experience

* Comfortable working in a structured, process-led sales support role

* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

* Confident communicator, both written and verbal

* Proactive, reliable and able to manage competing priorities

* Genuinely interested in property
