Hours:

8am - 5pm We are looking for a reliable and organized Mailroom Operative to join our team. You will play an important role in ensuring incoming and outgoing post, parcels and deliveries are processed accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on position that would suit someone who is organized, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, sort and distribute incoming post and parcels Prepare and process outgoing mail and deliveries Record and track incoming and outgoing items where required Arrange courier collections and deliveries Ensure confidential and sensitive mail is handled securely Maintain an organized and tidy mailroom Assist colleagues and departments with postal and delivery queries Operate basic mailroom equipment safely and efficiently Follow company procedures relating to security, confidentiality and health & safety Carry out other general administrative and mailroom duties as required

Key Requirements:

Is organized, reliable and punctual Has good attention to detail Can work independently and as part of a team Has good communication and customer service skills Is comfortable handling parcels and carrying out physical tasks Can prioritise work and manage competing deadlines Has a professional and positive attitude Previous mailroom, warehouse, logistics or administrative experience is desirable but not essential If this role is of any interest then please do apply for the role below.
