Concierge £30,000 - £35,000 London, UK Permanent – Office Based

Our client is seeking a proactive concierge to act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors within a busy residential environment. This is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality, property or security who thrives in a front‑of‑house role.

• Deliver exceptional front‑of‑house service to residents, visitors, and contractors.
• Act as the main point of contact for all queries and issue resolution.
• Manage parcels, deliveries, and secure handover procedures.
• Carry out building patrols and support health & safety compliance.
• Assist with amenity bookings and daily resident services.
• Liaise with maintenance and operational teams where required.
• Maintain accurate shift handovers and clear team communication.

• Previous experience in hospitality, property, security, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Flexible and comfortable working shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Hands‑on team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
