HFIS Limited in Borehamwood is seeking a highly organised Membership Officer to join the Membership Team. You will handle membership applications, renewals and amendments, acting as the first point of contact across phone, email and post.
In this fast-paced, service-driven role you’ll support onboarding, provide excellent customer service, manage reports on non-renewals for Compliance, and help grow PRS and HFA memberships while maintaining accurate records.
