1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant / Support Staff Opportunities – Radlett

Supply Desk, in partnership with local schools in Radlett, is seeking passionate and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team. If you are committed to making a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN), this is a fantastic opportunity within supportive and welcoming school environments.

About You

Are you motivated to help pupils with SEN achieve their full potential? Whether you have experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, learning disabilities, or additional needs — or you are looking to begin your career in education — we have roles suited to your skills and aspirations. Our experienced consultants will work closely with you to secure the right placement in Radlett where you can make a meaningful impact.

Requirements

Experience in a school-based support role (desirable but not essential)

Knowledge of SEN strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning needs

Strong communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills

Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive, meaningful relationships with students and staff

Flexibility to adapt across different school settings and SEND environments in Radlett
