Salary will be determined based on experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum salary is applicable to candidates with substantial teaching experience.

As a KS1/KS2 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons that inspire pupils and promote excellent progress.
• Assess, monitor and track attainment, adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
• Create a positive, inclusive and well‑managed classroom environment.
• Support pupils with SEND and work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals.
• Contribute to curriculum development, school improvement initiatives and the wider life of the school.
• Lead and develop a curriculum subject area, with support from senior leaders.

• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have recent primary teaching experience and a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement and pupil wellbeing.
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Be committed to inclusive practice and supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Be reflective, collaborative and keen to develop professionally.
