Supply Desk are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in the Radlett area. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed educator who is passionate about delivering high-quality learning experiences and helping pupils reach their full academic, social and emotional potential.

You will play a key role in creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment, delivering inspiring lessons and supporting pupils throughout their primary education. You will encourage curiosity, independence and a love of learning while ensuring every child feels valued and supported.

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
• Monitor, assess and record pupil progress effectively
• Adapt teaching and learning to meet the individual needs of pupils
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues
• Promote positive behaviour, confidence and independence
• Encourage pupils to develop a positive attitude towards learning and achieve their full potential
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting (Desirable)
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and safeguarding practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, caring and proactive attitude

• We offer £100 referral fee for any successful referrals of friends or colleagues who complete five or more shifts.
