Are you an experienced Administrator from an Engineering or Technical background looking to further your career with a world‑leading company in the energy transition and thermal energy sector? The role is a key client‑facing position, acting as the primary point of contact for customers with service contracts and ensuring that all contractual service requirements are delivered, planned, and renewed in a timely and professional manner.

The position has significant scope to develop, contributing directly to the growth, retention, and effectiveness of the service contract base.

• Proactively manage annual renewals, variations, and updates
• Ensure all contracts are reviewed each year and aligned with commercial and operational requirements
• Plan and coordinate contract service visits and statutory/service obligations
• Work closely with Service Engineers and Project Engineers to ensure the contract scope is met

• Strong administrative background, ideally within service, engineering, or technical environments
• Highly organised and detail‑focused
