STRABAG UK is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the SRFI contract at SEGRO Logistics Park Radlett in Hertfordshire. You will manage commercial aspects, valuations, cost reports and subcontract administration on a high-profile rail logistics scheme.
The role requires degree qualification, RICS/ICES progress, NEC Option A knowledge, and strong IT and communication skills to drive cost control, risk management and value engineering over the next 2–3 years.
