The Post-Completions Officer will:
- Manage post-completion activities following mortgage completion
- Review and process completed legal documentation
- Ensure registration of the lender’s charge at the Land Registry
- Chase solicitors for outstanding documents and registrations
- Monitor and resolve post-completion exceptions and defects
- Update internal systems with accurate and auditable records
- Liaise with solicitors, brokers, and internal stakeholders as required
- Support audits, reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Annual salary of £35,000 - £45,000
